Life In 2009

So, I really haven't been posting alot lately and don't know how you moms with little kids do it sometimes. This is just gonna be another catch up of things that have happened. lets see....

Finished semester finals!!!
Passed all my classes
So this guy asked me out and i said yes.
dumped him a little over a week later ( He wasn't a marine, he was going into the army in June ;) remeber Mary Ann?)
Got some perals from my mom for christmas (its kind of funny because I don't even wear stuff like that)
We got close to two feet of snow christmas eve and christmas day
Stuck inside for about two days
shoveled all the snow

Everyone in the lortscher family is doing great! clark still loves to tease and fight with everyone and still can't say his R's.

Tessa still goes with the flow and is hyperactive. ( I say that she has ADHD, but my mom says shes just free spirited or something like that.)

Audrey is the same. I don't really know how to describe what shes up to know. She still likes to fight alot but is also becoming a pretty good friend to me and Ash.

Ashley is a teenager (aka. her attitude is crap and sometimes I swear shes bipolar) she still has a bunch of wierd freaky friends, but i don't tend to associate with people who wear scary band shirts, skinny jeans and go to shopping sprees in Hot Topic.

I am still loving my german class and REALLY miss school and work! Oh well, 3 more days till school and I start working around Jan. 10th. I really do love working with the little kids that i get, and its so fun to teach them how to swim. I am still working my butt off trying to get good grades and keeping the dream of becoming a doctor alive. One of my New Years resolutions is to keep up with my blog atleast once a month. We will see how well that goes!

Catching Up

Hey! i havent posted anything forever! heres whats new with me

Come home from a great vacation to Arizona (Thanks for all the memories Mary Ann, Wendi and Gramma) and become kind of depressed to be back in Sioux Falls.
Started teaching swimming lessons again.
Started school on August 17th (i think) and have no lunch period in order to take classes
Started seminary a week later. (HATE it!!!!!!)
am able to talk about me in german. Hallo! Ich heisse Hannah. Ich bin sechtzehn jahre alt. Ich komme aus Phoenix Arizona. Ich Schwimme. Ich spiele klavier. (Just a few sentences)
helped pick tomatoes at our country garden. (theres more than 200 tomatoe plants)
Keep fantacising about college. (cant wait to get away from my family. Maybe i just need to take a vacation.)
come home to the smell of either stewed tomatoes, salsa or spaghetti sauce my mom is canning.
Smell corn relish cooking alot of nights as my dad has developed a new taste for it and wants to can that.
Burn the inside of my nose after sticking my head over the pot of vineagar and all the other stuff that goes into making pickles.( DON'T try it it seriously burns!!!!!)
Figure out that i must not have a job anymore as my boss hasn't called or sent me a time avaliability sheet that she was supposed to send almost 2 months ago.
Figure out i need to find a new job.
Go to a movie with some friends. (G.I. Joe is pretty good)
Go to a football game with ashley and some of her scary friends. (ditch ash and her friends to find my own. We lose the game by a touchdown.)
Go to a stake activity instead of a football game. (would of wanted to go to the game with friends even though we lost by 40 pts. the final score was 40-0. we SUCK)
Get invited to go to Austrailla for People to People(Find out it costs $8000. no thanks!!!)
get invited to scrubs camp. (Am going with some friends to learn more about entering medicine...only a certain # of people get invited so this is pretty cool)
Realize how much i hate Early morning seminary
FInd out i have straight A's
Do bad on an algerbra test and get straght A's and a B
